What to take when YEAST may be an issue.....

I know probiotics are recommended..... but there are so many and the prices range widely.....

So.. those in the know... what is the best probiotic to get when you want to fight the old yeast issue.... I know I must change my diet also. Are the refrigerated probiotics better to get than the shelf type???

Thanks

You know, Vicki, I'm in the same position. I have bought a brewing system for kombucha, supposed to cure Candida. Got it going now. I'll let you know if it works. You can buy starters online.

You might also want to look into the book, "Coconut Cures" by Bruce Fife and/or "The Coconut Oil Miracle" also by him.

I tell ya, I bought his "The New Arthritis Cure" and I'm a believer! Yes, he goes into diet in the book I bought, and I'm sure he does in all his books along with Candida/yeast infections.

They can be found on Amazon. I'm waiting for "The Coconut Oil Miracle" from the library presently, but after reading it I imagine I'll stll buy it along with "Coconut Cures". You can read many success stories on his web site, coconutresearchcenter.org.
