Ugh. Die off
Wow I feel like crap.
Finally got diagnosed and am being treated with a combination of methods, one of them being a gradula increase of formula SF722. Anybody have suggestions on coping? Am I just going to be sick for a month? |

Izzy,
Here's some stuff you may want to read. Supposedly doing the enemas, epsom salt baths, and skin brushing really help. I haven't the courage to try the enemas yet. Also, you may want to blend all your food for a while. This makes digestion easier on your body so you tax it less. Handling Healing, Detoxifying & Die-Off Reactions/Symptoms Hope you feel better soon! |

Thanks for the info. The blending actually sounds pretty good, I have barely been able to stomach more than my flax muffins and that's it.

I'm not a big fan of enemas either, I'd say your best bet is to implement some simple tips described here Candida Die Off Symptoms and Prevention
Have you tried sauna therapy? When I had problems with Candida two years ago, it did wonders for me. |
