Bee's Candida Programs
Has anyone tried this? Curing Candida, How to Get Started
Supposedly it takes 1 month on the diet (strictly) for every year you've been sick. The diet is high fat/ mod protein/ low carbs. You work your way up to 6T of coconut oil a day, eat max 3x a day, and take a few supplements at some pretty high doses. No sugars including fruit (except lemon), no sweeteners except stevia, all meats and fish, coconut oil, olive oil, and butter, and a short list of allowed veggies. The success stories are pretty astounding. It's pretty radical compared to the basic candida diet of no sugars, grains, fruit for 3 months and then start adding things back. Some people have been doing this for years. Is anyone trying this or something close to it? If so, how are you dealing with the no sweets part of it. |
