Saccharomyces Boulardii
Just found out I have the yeast overgrowth thing. My doctor wants me to take this supplement. I'm just curious if there's any special way to take it. The bottle says 4 times a day but doesn't tell me much else. Also, is there a cheap source for the stuff? Thanks for any help
![]() Just found a couple more questions lol The copy of the diet they gave me doesn't say anything about not drinking coffee or tea. What I'm reading online says no coffee or tea.... and a lot of other differences as well. The diet my dr gave me says you can have honey and fruit. Also, are any spices ok? Garlic powder and such? Sunflower or pumpkin seeds? I'm confused! Is there a universal diet for this that is best? Thanks again!

It has been found to be more effective than the bacteria (lactobacillus) as a probiotic. Take this after eating.
Swansonvitamins has 90 caps. for $11.93 |
