Ugh, feel like I'm back to square one.

And it sucks.

I had to take a course of both very strong antibiotics and very strong steroids, for two and three weeks respectively. Though I took double doses of probiotics throughout, I woke up yesterday with a RAGING yeaster, my tongue completely coated in white nastiness, and little bubbles of itchy on my feet. This is after MONTHS of no candida symptoms since starting my regimen of coconut oil.

So now I've pulled out all the stops, taking four TBSPs of coconut oil instead of my usual two, using boric acid suppositories for the vaginal infection, taking double doses of probiotics still, but I switched to a formula with no inulin, GSE three times a day, and soaking my feet in a solution of water and boric acid.

I guess I'm just venting because I'm uncomfortable and frustrated. Glad to see we have a candida forum now for support!

You can beat this flare up back.

Thanks for your kind words, Chelveston! I appreciate it.

I wanted to add that it's been just over 24 hours since I started using the natural suppositories for the yeast infection, they are AMAZING. I put the first one in around noon yesterday, and within a couple of hours my uncomfortable symptoms (itching, burning) were COMPLETELY relieved. I'm going to do one morning and night for three days, as per the directions.

If anyone is interested, they are called Yeast Arrest by Vitanica. Incredible!

So sorry to hear about your problems. Hopefully they won't be here long.

I had to go on steroids when I had Bells Palsy. I feel your pain!

hi. just found this forum........so i've been suffering from chronic vaginal yeast infections for about a year now. this happened once before about 7 years ago and lasted for about 2 years, then finally went away. i'm miserable. i've taken repeated doses of Diflucan, Terazol cream/suppositories, Monistat, eaten yogurt. i don't know what else to do. there's got to be something that will work! any advice? thanks!
