Skin Rashes
I have had doctors creams forever, use fungal powder etc. Has anyone with an extra large body found a way to keep the skin fold rashes under control?

Eating low carb and using coconut oil has helped me.
I first noticed an improvement on my rash just doing low carb. It took about 4 months, but I was amazed. This winter, I added virgin coconut oil to my diet (2-3Tbs) and my skin in those places is actually becoming clear, just like normal skin! ![]() If you decide to go the coconut oil route, start slowly and work up. It can have some nasty side effects if you do too much, too soon. |

Thanks for the info. It's a humilating question to have to ask, but honestly my doctor just doesn't have an answer except more prescriptions that don't work. Actually, coconut oil is also indicated for thyroid disease, which I also have. Which indicates to me that maybe that's why you answered and gave me the reminder about it.
I'm glad your skin has cleared up. What a blessing. |

I developed at an early age and also struggled with breast rashes. I've been able to manage so far, but it wasn't until I bought this cream (link below) that it cleared up. It was initially posted by Margot last year after she had great success with it.
Breast Rashes - Treatment and Cures for Breast Rash I haven't tried applying it on other parts of the body, but maybe it'll work. |
