Ugg feeling horrible

Die off already? I just started yesterday. Felt good when I went to bed, felt good when I got up. Had my 1tbs of CO and felt fine until about 1/2 hour ago. I feel like I am going to throw up and slight headache and stomach cramps. Took my 2 tsp ACV in water and had a really hard time getting that down. Can die off start this soon? How does everyone get around swallowing the OC and ACV when you feel like it's going to come right back up?

I also have this strange "wired" but slightly sick feeling. Like at any moment the sick feeling could go away and I could go climb a mountain! If only.

Have you been doing CO long? If not, I think you are starting out with too much. Cut back a bit till you become more accustom to it. Eating CO straight up makes me . I have to mix it with something. I find it very easy to take when I add it to my egg whips (egg creams without the egg) If I heat the CO well, I can add it to the egg and blend it before it solidifies. I have also cooked scrambled eggs in a combo of butter & CO. I have been meaning to blend eggs with melted CO in my bullet so they emulsify and then cook the eggs up, but I have yet to try that.

ACV I take straight up (1T morning and night). If I were to mix it with water, I would have to extend the amount of time that I have to drink it - I would rather get it all done in one fell swoop. I exhale so I can't smell it and then I throw it back in one gulp. A water chaser helps. I have also found that if I have eaten something - let's say my egg whip, it kind of paves the way for the ACV and it doesn't seem quite so harsh. I get the total shivers after shots about 1/2 the time. Don't know if I will ever totally get used to it, but I feel a bit guilty if I don't get all my suppements in each day - my day just doesn't seem complete if I miss. It's a psychological thing, I guess.

Good luck, it gets easier.

I just started on this journey Sunday. I am only starting out with 1tbsp CO daily and I put it in my 1 cup of black morning coffee. Then after that I put 2tsp ACV in water and drink that ( I really don't mind the taste). I took the yeast quiz and It was 69% and with all the symptoms I have I know my yeast content is high and I am probably having die off so soon just starting off slow. So I am going to go this route for a week and then up it to 1tbsp CO 2x per day and then the ACV 2tsp 2x per day. I also tried someones suggestion of inserting a probiotic capsule for the vaginal yeast infection and that seems to have helped so I will continue with that as well. The atkins diet is not too hard to follow and the probiotics I have been taking for awhile already. Thanks for the response.

I think your plan is a good one, however, like I said, the sick feeling may be due to too much CO to start out with. Lots of people can't jump right in with that amount so they have to start off will a lower quantity and work their way up. If you continue to have that upset stomach feeling, you might want to back off of the CO and see how that affects your stomach. More is not always better.

Thank you. Actually today the 1tbs. CO has not affected me poorly and I feel okay (except for some itching and burning down below still). But no upset tummy or headache.

Good glad to hear that. I think CO is great!

I find that when I switch my anti fungal, I get a bit of itching as well, but it is gone within a few days. I don't feel that I have a horrible yeast problem, I just want to keep my digestive system in check.

I hope your symptoms clear up soon.
