Took the Candida Quiz

And scored 390/69%. I guess that would indicate a yeast problem

Thanks for posting that link.

My total score was 1958!

Results say a score of over 500 is significant for Candida!

My score was 1328. This summer I have noticed a lot of "sinus drainage" and congestion in the back of my throat.

wow, this is timely for me. My MD just diagnosed me with this. I took the test and got over 1800. I've been researching it the past hour and apparently there's some discussion as to weather this is even real or not? I wonder why.

Docs might not want to admit that Candidiasis exists because it's nutritional and you know how the medical field is about nutrition! They still preach the high carb food pyramid!

Attacking yeast is a multi fold job.
I sweeten things with Stevia (yeast killing herb).
I use olive oil and lemon as salad dressing (virgin olive oil is another yeast killer).

My favorite yeast killing shake contains black walnut hull, ground psyllium seed, oregano oil and bentonite clay. Tastes awful but it does the job!

I hope you feel better soon.
