Candida Yeast Die off

I have been on a strict Candida diet for 12 days . My question, has anyone experienced die off symptomns this early? I feel I am.

I started to eliminate foods this weekend, again, and today I feel like I have induction flu. I was wondering if its die off, and if it is too early to be feeling that way?
