bloating??

Hello everyone,

I don't suffer from Yeast infections, but my mid-section has been bloated for many, many months!! Someone from the main LC lobby suggested that I post over here....Is severe bloatedness a sign of candida?

Thanks,
viv

Yes! If you follow a yeast restriction and your symptoms get better or if they get slightly worse and then get better you will have solved your problem.

Also take the supplements that will help you get rid of those tiny little buggers, including a probiotc.
