Question about Probiotics
I am not real clear on this subject. I understand that once the yeast overgrowth is under control that one should introduce probiotics to ones diet, according to Bee's website.
My question is, what is the best to use? Acidophilus lactobacillus or Saccharomyces Boulardii, or both? What are you using? Thanks for your input :-) Winders |

When I was taking probiotics I was using Natren's Healthy Trinity--it had 3 strains. I don't remember which ones as it was 3 years ago, but I figured the more the better!! They were pretty pricy, but oh so worth it! I think Fawn is recommending Dr. Ohira's now and I think they are great too. They are recommended by Doug Kaufmann and I love his show!! I totally trust the brands he recommends. That is why I was using the Healthy Trinity. But then he went and switched company's. Still like the Natren's brand...they are very helpful over the phone. But I have seen Ohira's at the Vitamin Shoppe and might try those in the future to see which I like better.
