Saccharomyces Boulardii- For Yeast

I saw my Dr. that is a hormone specialist, as in bio-identical hormones, this last Friday. I just love to sit and talk to him for my 1/2 hr. or whatever I get as we can talk on the same level and I pick his brain. He said my doing Atkins is THE BEST. Anyways, he said I may get a yeast die off problem, which I have. He said to get at the health food store a probiotic called saccharomyces boulardii. It's a yeast that will kill off all the bad yeast. I found it and the cost is about $20 for 90 pills. So I wanted to share this with everyone. He said by following Atkins and eliminating all the high carb stuff I might have a good chance of killing the yeast. That would be amazing so I am taking this supplement to help achieve it.

Keep us posted, I have been on strict Atkins since January, introduced
Coconut Oil and Apple Cider Vinager, but still have yeast overgrowth, also recently cut out all dairy and nuts. So my next step will be to add the probiotics.
Would like to hear how this saccharomyces boulardii works.

Thanks,
Winders
