adding oil of oregano

These are the supplements that I have been taking:
1tsp colloidal silver (morning/evening)
1T ACV (morning/evening)
1T coconut oil (morning/evening)
Probiotics 3x's/day
D3 3x's/day
fish oil capsules 3x's/day

I want to add oil of oregano for an added candida fighting boost - I have read so much on supplements and candida that my head is swimming - so, OoO is an anti-fungal, correct? Should I be swapping my OoO out with something I am already taking or should I just add it to the mix.

And if I should be swapping anti-fungals out, what other anti-fungals might I consider swapping with?

Thanks guys!

Hi Jo.

Have you used Grapefruit Seed Extract yet?
It is next on my list to try.

I swear by oil or orgegano.

I also take Olive Leaf Extract which works great as well.
Best way to kill yeast though is a good diet.

But I LOVE oil or oregano

Doing Atkins - I am attacking it from all sides! I don't have a horrendous case. Generally I feel pretty good, but when I do Atkins, there are certain foods that cause me to break out in hives (just around my underarms) it starts with just 1 or 2 bumps, but if I don't evaluate what I have eaten and I continue to eat it, I will get a nasty case of hives - that is how I determined that I have candida (although I know most of us do irregardless of any symptoms) Because I am having a harder time losing this time around I thought that it might have something to do with my yeastie beasties so I am taking a more proactive stance against it. I don't feel a whole lot different & I haven't lost much since I started this, but it's only been a couple of weeks. I have confidence, though, as I continue with my regime that my body will reward me for taking better care of it.

I am thinking grapefruit seed is what I will get next - I have spent an absolute fortune on supplements recently. That's for the Candida, but also looking at GLA/CLA - the more I read the more I want, but it's all so fascinating.
