I wondered if anyone had done this 7 day fast for candida?

I have found a little on it on google.. but I don't have the book..

From what I can tell it is eating a T of coconut oil every hour or so - I saw 10-14T of CO a day and also yogert..

This is what I pulled off a site - not sure what site actually because I just saved it for a little info and wanted to do more searching.

Can start with 3-4 days and work up to 7 over teim.. 10-14 T of oil and day is what I found so far - but LITTLE else food wise…
