Bad Bloat - Die Off and OoO?

Hi..
I am EXTREMELY bloated. It's actually a little painful.
I have been using both the pills AND the super drops (Oreganol).
the drops I have been taking 3 or so under my tounge 4 or so times a day and I doubled up on the pills (4 a day not 2).

I am also using EVCO and Candigone.

I guess I should slow down on one of them? or should I just grin and bare it? I do work from home so I don't have to zip up my pants (which I could NOT right now in any way!)..

I know what you are feeling!

Make sure you are taking mega doses of probiotics! This is the only thing that took away my bloat. I was taking OoOreg and Candigone and other stuff and I was about to die. The bloat looked like I was 12 mo. pregnant. NO LIE. Then I chilled out on the OoO and only took the Candigone every other day and took my probiotics like mad for a week and FINALLY the bloat is gone.
