CANDIDA/NIGHTMARE (Fawn)

Thanks for your help! I don't know why they moved my ANTIBIOTIC CANDIDA NIGHTMARE, thread to general health? But, here goes!
Yesterday I took a break from the ACV and OoO, and only took a TON of probiotics/3 tabs of 50 organisms each tab, 3 times a day and today I feel a BILLION times better. My goodness, that bloating, head fog, irritability, loss of TOM was HORRIBLE. I'm going to keep doing this for a week and then incorp. the OoO and ACV and co very gingerly. Whatever happened over night, I am sooooooo greatful. THANK GOD!

Boy, there really is something to be said about horrible die off.

I really felt like I was going to explode. But, now I know what to do. I am going to do everything in my power to get my immune system working top notch! Dr. A is so right when he said that quality is better than quanity. My trying to do the faith-based, eat whatever you want within the hunger, satisifed guidelines, then starting antibs has proven to be a disaster.

I feel bad for all the other tortured souls out there who don't have LCF to consult with... All I can say is THANK a BILLION for everyone on these mb who give to help so many.

im glad that your feeling better. did you get your tom finally as well?
