Got my Oreganol Oil and...

Also the capsules AND a box of Candigone.
I am taking the OofO every couple of hours or whenever I think of it, and Candigone as prescribed.

I am on a VLC diet, but it does include cheese.

My question is this. Do you think if my blood sugar is controlled with my VLC (usually around 8-9Carbs a day) and the only thing questionable is my 2-3 oz of cheese a day, that I HAVE to quit eating the cheese too?

I would say yes - but only because cheese is a no-no for most Anti-Candida protocols. Not because of the carbs in it. Bleu Cheese = Mold Luckily this is just temporary.

I think if you cut the cheese you will get rid of it faster. Also, make sure you are following the directions on the label for the oil of Oreg. It is very potent and could cause crazy die off symptoms. I learned this mistake first hand. OMGoodness, not nice. Bloating, brain fog, irritability, loss of TOM! I'm still working my way out of hell. Make sure to get your probiotics. It's as improtant as the anti-fungals.

Get well soon. I'll hopefully see you on the other side of good health.
