Now i know!

Now i know that i have Candida! I used to always have this rash between my fingers and doctors would guess what it was, give me meds, and it would go away and come back. Since i have started Stillmans in September my rash went away and i felt really good. If i take a day off Stillmans and eat anything carby or my yummy cheese i felt really horrible. I thought it was normal until i came and read everyones symptoms on here. Does anyone have any advice for me to stick with this? What supplements should i be taking? Should i even go to the doctors? Thanks

Stay away from vinegar. Yogurt is GREAT! You can also take acidophilus pills. I'm glad you're feeling better.

Don't even bother with the docs. You said it yourself, they are just guessing. Go with natural anti-fungals if you feel you need to take something. I have had success with oil of oregano, coconut oil and olive leaf extract. Acidophilus is good too! Step one is following the diet, then you add in anti-fungals and acidophilius. Sounds like you have the diet down pat already! Stick to plain yogurt and sweeten it yourself. There is some great info on these threads. I wish you well as I know that candida is hard to kick!!

I find 99.9% of doctors do not even believe in Candida Albicans and will poo-poo you right out the door with a toxic RX in your hand for something totally unrelated (well at least that happens with me).

I got mine under control with: Probiotics, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (drank lots of milk thistle tea with it melted in it), Pau D'Arco tea, and Diflucan (which is an RX drug but I had to take it due to me being on massive amounts of antibiotics) and the most important thing is YOUR DIET.

The oregano oil and olive leaf extract come in liquid or pills. You take them as medicine so no, no cooking. The coconut oil I also take as a supplement--1 TBL at a time throughout the day. If you take too much you will definitely feel the effects and it is called the herxheimer reaction. Basically it means that you feel worse before you feel better--and many people stop their regime because they think the stuff they are taking is making it worse when in fact all the toxins are being killed and looking for a way out of your body. That is why is so important to research before doing..........
