Exercise

I really can't be bothered doing any exercise and I feel so bad.

I was up at 5.30am today and now I'm really tired!

It's just I really struggle when I don't exercise, I think I'm slightly addicted!lol! I really enjoy it, but sometimes I need to remember that rest is important too.

There was a study that people once they begin to exercise, they give up on their rest to get their workouts in. Sleep is very important. I am learning that too. I was letting everything (including exercise) keep me from getting the rest I needed. Good revelation! Best wishes!
