Intuitive Eating #1

So I'm going to start tracking my progress while doing intuitive eating.

For the past week or so I have been getting to grips with the principles of it.

I think I am getting better at it so now I'm really hoping for some weight loss.

I'm going to start tracking my hunger levels throughout the day and take note of how I feel before and after eating. I am also going to look at the reasons why I ate what I did.

I'm striving to not count anything! I'm just eating when my body says it needs food.

So far today I got up about 8am. I was hungry at about 8.20. My hunger level was about 3/4 on the scale.

I then had a small bowl of bran flakes which was a much smaller portion that normal and I felt satisfied. I would say I was about 5 on the scale.

I ate my bran flakes this morning because I was hungry. There were no other influences.

I would say now my hunger level is still about 5, maybe slightly less...

I think I should start an Intuitive eating category instead of putting all my posts in the one bit. lol

should have thought of that first
