Day 1

Got up this morning and had an apple and a cup of green tea with orange.

I didn't feel too hungry but I'm perfectly satisfied now.

I have packed and prepared grapes and strawberries for later.

The night before

OK so tomorrow I am starting a four day detox to just give myself a spring clean! I have made some bad choices the past week and I just feel a bit So I want to be bursting with energy by the end of these four days.

I am only going to eat fruit and drink water and herbal teas.

That means no:

SWEET TREATS
BREAD
PASTA
CEREAL ETC ETC
CAFFEINE
MEAT
ALCOHOL...

WIsh me luck!

everthing going well

I think everything is going really well just now. I have stuck to this plan well for over a week now and this has been the longest I have stuck with anything this year.

That is really terrible but I was just wanting a quick fix.

Now I know I'm on a journey and I'm so glad that it's an enjoyable one!

Intuitive Eating #3

Today was better than yesterday. Mainly because I was out and very busy so there was not an opportunity to be bored.

I had an early rise and had a small breakfast of bran flakes. I was hungry enought to finish the bowl.

I never got lunch until later which was a chicken roll. I really enjoyed it and it certainly filled a hole!

Mid afternoon I would say my hunger level was about 4/5. I had a nutrigrain bar but I know that I had it because I was tired and not really because I was hungry!

It is that kind of thing I need to cut out....
