I am so hungry this evening, and I don't want anything that I am allowed to have, it is all things that I am not suppose to eat, but I want them so bad But I decided that I would get online and try and post something to try and get my mind off of it. I know that this is something that I am going to go through every now and then and I need to learn how to deal with it better than I am now. Well this is the first entry to my low carb blog. I am not new to low carbing but I never took it seriously, but I am to a point that my health depends on me losing weight and so I have to take this seriously.

Today is the end of day 2 on my low carb plan and I am taking one day at a time, I am not looking 2 months in the future, I am no looking 2 weeks into the future, I am not looking 2 days into the future I am taking it day by day, I will worry about today and then when tommorrow comes I will worry about it then.
