I Totally Despise it!

I'm sorry to say that I cannot, CANNOT do Callanetics. I need lots of movement and noise. Sidesteps, grapevines, kicks, and skips. I even took my before belly shots, frontview and sideview...and let me tell you that's always depressing.
After checking the pics and picking my dignity off of the kitchen floor, I felt the need to exercise and I turned on Callanetics for day 2. There will be no day 3 or beyond because it's going back to its home at the library tomorrow.
I need exercise to be fun and vigorous with lots of hopping and bobbing to loud, pulsating music; and that my friends is not Callanetics. I think tomorrow will be Turbo Jam Dance Party.
