Day 13, low carb, low calorie.
Menu:
Meal 1 - Eggnog wth Coconut Oil
Meal 2 - 8 oz Steak with sauteed veggies in EVOO (divided into 2 meals), ACV
Meal 3 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 4 - Steak Meal Again
Meal 5 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 6 - Turkey Soup
Calories - 1757
Fat - 125 (66%)
Carbs - 32 (4%)
Fiber - 15
Net Carbs - 17
Protein - 130 (30%)
Water - 120 oz
Exercise - 1 Hour Kickboxing Class & Walking
