Week 2 - Day 2
Day 9, is low carb, low calorie.
My body feels sluggish and unhappy this morning after not having enough fiber yesterday, so I'll have to work at cutting some calories and fat out of my cottage cheese dish so that I can have it every day, even on my very low carb days.
I'm working long hours today so I'm keeping things simple.

Meal 1 - Bacon & Eggs, ACV
Meal 2 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 3 - Gr. Beef & Sausage with veggies.
Meal 4 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Meal 5 - Bacon & Eggs, Cucumber slices, ACV
Meal 6 - Cottage Cheese Cereal
Calories - 1758
Fat - 144 (74%)
Carbs - 36 (3%)
Fiber - 22
Net Carbs - 14
Protein - 102 (23%)
