HIGH ENERGY!

Another great workout day!

Granted my energy was not as high as yesterday because I only slept 4 1/2 hours but that didn't stop me from a 2 mile WATP (30 minutes) and 10 on the good ol' Nordic Track followed by 25 lower body strength training.

Can you say *GRRRRRR*??????

LOL

Going to the twins party with dreaded (yet anticipated) pizza!!! I will only eat to hunger, no more than 2 slices (blotted) and no cake. (maybe) LOL!

No seriously, I am doing so well w/ only eating things that are nourishing to my body which is probably why my energy level is up and I don't feel sick and diseased. White sugar will only ruin that, so even though I love it, I will try to do without it.

I am also going to see if I have the energy to go out w/ some friends for coffee tonight so wish me luck.

I feel so good! I finished my cleanse yesterday too so that probably helped!

Thanks for stopping by - I'm more of a friend of a friend right now. I used to be in OA, years ago, but I never got serious about it. But I'm on a couple of 12step lists, which are a good influence. I need to do a 4th step around food.
