Reassessing Fitness Goals

I lost 3.5 lbs this week and I know that my success is from pushing myself w/ the exercise last week. I really enjoyed challenging myself beyond my limits but now that I am cleansing I need to take it slow. Your body can go through some pretty rough stuff while getting all the toxins out and I am already dealing w/ a very compromised immune system and other health problems.

I need to cut back on my exercise on days that I am 'out and about' in the world. At least while I am on my Cleanse (24 days to go LOL). I NordicTracked for 35 minutes and did upper body weight. It was a...
