Wow it's been a while since I updated the ol' bloggeroni ey? LOL

I feel pretty good today which is great compared to how i have been feeling the last 3 days. I started a 30 day herbal cleansing program and the first 3 days made me very fatigued, sleepy and pretty much non functional. Today however I was able to work out pretty well without feeling as if I was gonna die.

Glad I did!!!! The toxins should leave even quicker if I sweat them out...or at least i hope so. This is my first cleanse so I am not sure.

Not much going on. I feel as if I am shrinking. I feel the effects of my exercise, not so much in my clothing but in my posture, in my strength and endurance. I was able to walk a whole hour up and down hills last week. That was pretty cool. I hope the scale shows a loss on Monday. I really wish I could be super fit and thin by the time the really warm weather rolls around, but that is unrealistic.

I am going to need a lot of encouragement the next few weeks to stick w/ my program. Especially because I doubt it will yield the results I am used to. (I am a S-L-O-W loser the last year. ) I am seeing the doctor this Friday concerning my thyroid. I suspect that may be the culprit but my GP is very hard to convince. We'll see.

Good luck with the doctor! I have an underactive thyroid, and never knew it until a few years ago when I had a full blood workup because of my irregular and almost non-existant TOMs ... otherwise, it would have been another 10 years before a full blood workup and I wouldn't have known. It's such a simple blood test, but many doctors are reticent to do it without reason. I don't know if it's an insurance issue or what, but I think it should be done ever 5 years from puberty on. Oh, well ... enough ranting!

Best of luck to you!
