Lost my focus

I hate dieting.

I used to be able to eat when I was hungry, stop when I was full and eat what I wanted, while exercising 5-6 days a week to be a size 6-8.

I tried to do that again this week and I'm pretty sure I failed.

WI is tomorrow, we'll see how much more I gained.

Another great workout day!

Granted my energy was not as high as yesterday because I only slept 4 1/2 hours but that didn't stop me from a 2 mile WATP (30 minutes) and 10 on the good ol' Nordic Track followed by 25 lower body strength training.

Can you say *GRRRRRR*??????

LOL

Going to the twins party with dreaded (yet anticipated) pizza!!! I will only eat to hunger, no more than 2 slices (blotted) and no cake. (maybe) LOL!

No seriously, I am doing so well w/ only eating things that are nourishing to my body...

Great Day!

I had a great day today! My energy was through the roof and I worked out soooooooooooooo hard! I did WATP 3 mile power walk. It was awesome!
That Mary Kay kicked my butt on the second mile, I was sweating up a storm.

That dvd was very inspiring. There was a man who lost 70lbs walking and 2 women that lost 100 lbs each. I love dvd's where they use REAL PEOPLE! It's very inspiring. I loved it so much I ordered a copy from half.com

Then I had so much energy I went out w/ my friend Laura. We had a great time and it was so nice to have energy! I may be sore tomorrow...

You can't out train a bad diet and....

....Organic Brown Rice Syrup is still sugar!

Two valuable lessons I have learned the last 2 days.

I was very sick yesterday and over ate for energy and to help my ailing stomach. That guilt (although I was sure I didn't feel guilty because it wasn't a binge and it was ll healthy, good for me food) must have carried over into today because today I overate w/ a vengeance.

Still it wasn't Domino's or a Ben and Jerry's 2 pint run, but I'm pretty sure I will see a gain this week.

You can't out train a bad diet.....
meaning I felt the effects...

Feeling Hot, Hot, HOT!!!!!

Another record day of heat for June. The heat really does make my fatigue worse. I don't think I will exercise today. Even w/ the a/c running it is unbearable!

In really good news, I lost 3pounds this week! Making my weight loss total 10.5 pounds! W00t! I haven't been in the 150's since last September! Hmmmm, if I had only stayed on WW this whole time I would have been at goal already! LOL

Just goes to show you, that you should stick w/ something even you can't see the progress!
