Another great workout day!
Granted my energy was not as high as yesterday because I only slept 4 1/2 hours but that didn't stop me from a 2 mile WATP (30 minutes) and 10 on the good ol' Nordic Track followed by 25 lower body strength training.
Can you say *GRRRRRR*??????

Going to the twins party with dreaded (yet anticipated) pizza!!! I will only eat to hunger, no more than 2 slices (blotted) and no cake. (maybe) LOL!
No seriously, I am doing so well w/ only eating things that are nourishing to my body...
