The thing I love about WW is that you have Weekly Points Allowance and you can earn Activity Points so if you veer off course, you have a lot of leeway before you go Off Program.

It's like a learning curve for me as I am still trying to feel my way around food as a nonsmoker that lives alone. I get bored real easy being homebound and more often than not I snack to combat that boredom. The internet, tv and movies can only take you so far.
Hmmm that sounds like an excuse, but it wasn't. I really am trying to learn new habits and last night I learned that even healthy cereal...

Good day today, good day!

I was really afraid to WI and i dreaded getting out of bed Silly, I know. I was just afraid w/ the damage I did last week and my buddy TOM were going to push me into the 170's, a place I have never seen.

Much to my delight I was down .5!!!! So a week OP and exercise...

Yeah, nice surprised this morning. Guess what it was.

*UGH* I am feeling it! I am hurtin' for certain! and.....I only slept 5 hours.

Still, I managed to squeeze out at least 2 AP's. 20 minutes NordicTrack (although more than 10 minutes were just legs cause i am pooped), 20 minutes stationary and a little upper body stuff (Which is only like 9 minutes long, so I usually don't count that towards AP's). I think unless I have time constraints I should always shoot for at least 2 AP's a day because outside of that, I don't move much. I am on the computer...

Well I lost a fight w/ a loaf of "Light Bread" last night but I gained a valuable lesson;

Most food with added sugar sets me off!!!!!

So, damage done, lesson learned, WPA's out teh window. Whaddya gonna do?

NEXT!

So w/ my carb hangover, (and don't kid yourself there really is such a thing as a carb/sugar hangover.), I forced myself to exercise. (Well the truth is, I didn't really force myself as much as Reg inspired me and I felt guilty! You see, I was raised Irish Catholic so guilt is a GREAT motivator!!!! LOL

My name is Vi and I am an alcoholic....(oooooops wrong meeting), I mean a food-aholic, actually that isn't true either, I am a junk food-a-holic!

No, seriously...I am.

If I had only healthy food in the house and didn't binge on Domino's Pizza, ice cream, cake and cookies, I would probably be skinny! Well, maybe not skinny cause I am 39 and my metabolism ain't what it used to be,...buttttttttttttt (and yes, I have a big one of those these days :P ) I would not be THIS...
