I've been computerless, and I don't like it one little bit!
I know that I should be glad for the break, but I do some of my work via the computer. So it cramps my budget and irritates me as well.

I have not been doing well on the diet.
So as of yesterday, I start all over.
Not on induction...just on point. I have been maintaining not dieting.
Yesterday I started tracking every bite I eat and tracking my weight daily in a private journal at home. I'm hoping this will get me back and keep me on track. Wish me luck, I have a feeling I'm going to need it.
Deep breath...back to beginning.

Keeping a journal is a good thing. It helps us to be accountable.
Best of luck to you.
