A good day!

I wasn't able to stick with Stillman's today cause there wasn't anything to eat except a salad; so I had that and cottage cheese.

b: beef jerkey
l: salad and cottage cheese
s: cottage cheese
d: hot dog, cheese, salsa
s: beef jerkey

I didn't feel near as hungry today as yesterday. Yahoo!!

Started Stillman's today. Ate a little too much, but I'm sure tomorrow will be better.

b: 2 turkey sausages, cottage cheese
l: 2 hard boiled eggs, pepperoni
d: 1-1/2 turkey sausages, cottage cheese
s: beef jerkey, cottage cheese

I know I ate a LOT of cottage cheese today, but I have been craving it for the past couple of weeks.

Food for Tues 5/27

l: McD's - side salad, ranch dressing, double cheeseburg w/o bun
d: large bowl of lettuce, grape tomatoes, peppers, cukes, kielbasa, dressing; chicken leg quarter, cottage cheese. I was hungry!!

Did 15 minutes of my WATP today! Second day in a row!! Woohoo!!

Food for Mon 5/26

B: slept late and didn't eat till lunchtime
l: lettuce w/taco meat, salsa, sour cream, cheese
s: cottage cheese
d: lettuce w/cucumber, peppers, grape tomato, dressing; roast, mushrooms

Delicious! I ate more than I should have, but I know I'll adjust as I get used to eating lc and don't have hunger as much.

p.s. I ended up snacking last night when I really wasn't hungry, but I was thankful I stayed lc. I had a hotdog, hamburger and some ricotta cheese with cinnamon and sf vanilla syrup

My first day back!

As you can tell by my name, I have done lc before. This is my third time -- I think. Could be my fourth, but I'm not sure. I just know I'm tired of struggling with my weight and LC is the only way I have ever managed to take anything off. I just need to start looking at LC as a WOE instead of as a diet. My legs are so sore in the morning and it's hard to come down the steps. I just feel bloated all the time and overall yucky. One of my problems -- and I really shouldn't say a problem cause it's just an excuse -- is that I cook at a Christian camp. So I have to cook what's on the menu,...
