ok,, I did not blog yesterday,, I cheated!! But Then I worked out longer last night.
ok, Today was good. Fasting was 96

11am 2 eggs, 2 slice turkey bacon, 1 biscut, with 2 cups of coffee and a glass of water.
2pm 1 LC yogart
5:45pm had CL BBQ ribs - just a few. Large salad with all kinds of greens and a chesse chip thing I made with sour cream on top (was very good). Glass of red wine and glass of water.

Thats all I had today,, I woke up late today so did not have time for 3 meals.
I also walked 1/2 mile today.

I woke up feeling good this morning. My fasting was 105.
8:30am 1 egg with chesse, 2 slice bacon, 1/2 banana, 1 LC yogert, 2 cups of coffee, 1 glass of water.
1:30pm Tuna Fish Sandwich LC-Bread, with chess, 1 LC yogert, 1 glass of water.
5:30pm 1 1/2 cups of stew LC-version, 1 very small cornbread, 1 glass of red wine, 1 glass of water.
7:30pm walked 1/2 mile then did weights - worked out 45 +mins.
Today was a good day. As of today I know weigh 304. woohoo, Thats a 21 pound loss!!
