Week 5 Weigh In - The Tape Measure Don't Lie :D

Since I didn't weigh myself on Monday because of the binge weekend (yeah, I was too chicken to see the damage...) I did weigh and measure this morning. Here are the results:
Weight: 138
Bust: 37.5 (- 0.5)
Waist: 34.5 (- 0.5)
Hips: 38 (- 0.5)
I'm very happy about these results. I expected to gain weight because of the binge weekend, so I'm happy I stayed the same. Also, I did add as of last week 4x a week 30 minutes of pilates with pilates resistance band which has me doing a tougher level of exercise than I've been used to for a while. So there might be some muscle growth there (though I don't feel it).
Now I'm convinced that what everyone says about taking measurements along with weight is really valid. I know I would have been bummed if I'd only weighed myself, especially since I don't feel like I've stayed the same. Because of the rash, I've been wearing loose pants all week (size 10) rather than my tighter jeans (which aren't really tight, just size 6) but yesterday, since the rash has now become manageable, I put on my size 6 jeans and really felt like they were looser. So I would have been depressed if I'd only had the weight on the scale to go by.
Yesterday's menu:
Egg salad made with 1 egg and 1 egg white with a bit of mayo, sour cream, and dash of mustard in celery "boats" (this is fast becoming my favorite summer breakfast)
plain yogurt with SF maple syrup and xylitol and 1/2 cup Fiber One
Coffee with half-and-half
Veggie crumble sauted in butter with red onion, garlic, and mushrooms in a mustard cream sauce
Salad with tomatoes and red onion and feta cheese in a vinigrette
Nondairy lowcarb fudge
coffee with half-and-half
Water: 12 glasses (I think it was a bit more but I stopped counting!)
Exercise: Pilates for abs and total body with resistance band (20 minutes)
Walking (70 minutes)
