Week 2 Weigh In

Weighed and measured this morning and here are the results
Weight: 138 (down 1.5 pounds)
Measurements: down .5 inches all around
I'm very happy with these results. I'm definitely in no hurry to lose weight, as long as I'm able to stay away from the junk food binges, make better choices, and put my mind and body in a mindset that will get me to think about other things in my life besides food.
I feel positive today because I found an online university that is offering part-time work along the same lines as what I'm doing now. I sent a resume so I hope I qualify. If I can get that along with what I have now, that would make a good salary. The only crappy thing is that neither place offers benefits

Yesterday's menu:
1 egg + 1 egg white fried in Smart Balance with onion and yellow bell pepper with a little crushed tomatoes (learned my lesson - no more muffins or pancakes or anything like that, as it doesn't start me off well...)
plain yogurt with SF maple syrup and splenda and 1/2 cup Fiber One
Coffee with half and half
Veggie crumble sauted with zucchini and yellow squash and onion and garlic with some crushed tomatoes
Salad with pepper jack cheese
Nondairy lowcarb fudge
I'm a bit worried because I'm not getting in all of my food. Plugging yesterday's menu into fitday and it came up 922 calories!!! So I have to make more of an attempt to eat, as the standard menu I have set for myself is already pretty low (about 1400) and I usually don't even get to eating that much.
