End of Week 2

I weigh and measure myself tomorrow. My size 6 jeans are fitting like they should now, so I know I'm doing well in that department, at least.
Had another weekend-long headache, which is not making me happy. Right now it's in the background but under control. I'm just wary of taking over-the-counter medication for it because it doesn't seem to help at all and just makes me feel so "out of it".
Went shopping this morning (food shopping). I've noticed that my shopping bill isn't any higher (in fact it's a bit lower) as a lowcarber, despite the fact that I'm buying less veggies and more dairy, eggs, and veggie proteins which can get pricey sometimes (grrr!!!)
Also someone posted on another board that Walmart just got in some organic Greek yogurt and I was there to buy some shoes so bought a small container to try. Can't say I like it much, to be honest. A nice thick consistency, true, like sour cream, and not as sour as other yogurt (my parents would love that) but I like the sourness and a bit runnier consistency for yogurt. So I don't think I'll buy it again, especially because it's pretty pricey.
Yesterday's menu:
Vanilla almond muffin (this was the first time I was making this in a few years and man, it was way way too sweet! I finished it but barely)
1/2 cup cottage cheese with celery
Coffee and half-and-half
Veggie crumble, mushrooms, sauted in butter with a mustard cream (half and half, actually) sauce
1/2 cup yogurt with SF maple syrup
Chocolate protein shake
Salad with feta cheese
nondairy lowcarb fudge
Water: 10-12 glasses
Exercise: not much, unfortunately, because of the running headache
. Did get in an 80 minute walk but didn't get in the yoga.
