Day 4

Doing great this morning, as the stiffness I had in my left arm for the past few days (from sliding like a kid in the dirt
) has almost gone so I can do some exercise today. I did nearly none yesterday, both because the weather was crappy and because I spent most of the day doing errands (taxes, laundry - I get a nice fat check from the government this year, though - which is sorely needed!)
I'm actually glad I'm not feeling much of the "carb detox" but then I'm not on induction level carbs.
Yesterday's menu:
1 egg + 1 egg white scrambled and sauted in a bit of butter, red bell pepper, and some crushed tomatoes for flavor
1 cup plain yogurt with xylitol, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup Fiber One
coffee (drank a bit too much yesterday) with 1/2 and 1/2 (organic)
1 Boca burger with mayo/mustard/horseradish dip, steamed fresh broccoli with a bit of butter and salt and pepper (forgot how good fresh steamed broccoli can be!)
Protein shake (finally found the right amount of sweetener and water!)
Green salad with mayo/vinegar/lime/xylitol type homemade dressing and 1 oz swiss cheese
Nondairy LC fudge (still tweaking this...)
Exercise: none
Water: 10-12 cups (not sure...)
