Not much planned for today, yesterday was very relaxing. I went shopping and a movie! Hancock was pretty funny. So, today I am feeling all refreshed. No major plans for the weekend, the weather looks good so we will probably hang out around the house and our town. The good thing about the weak economy is that we do more "simple" things like bike rides and picnics.

I love this message board so much cause I love helping the new people as they discover this wonderful way of life and chat with other long term LC's and swap new ideas, but the need to create drama is not fun. It seems in life, there are always people looking for the bad and negative in every post, personalizing everything. I have been fat, so I totally understand the emotions that come with being overweight in a thin society, not fun. I just hope I was not as bitter and angry as some people when I was heavy. I just do not recall being so defensive at my heavy weight.

It is 7am and I am waiting for the gym to open and killing time. I am feeling a bit sad this morning cause of some things people posted about me on the boards, but I will get over it. It is just that my life before Atkins was so hard, all I did was think about food and binging. I never thought I woul dbe able to enjoy food and now I can eat and enjoy food, it has been a miracle. I want so badly to share this secret with anyone who has faced the same struggle as me. To help other people realized that they do not have to live in a food prison.
