Starting my 8th day of 2 shakes and a great meal. I will say the meal is of course the highlight of the day but my stomach is shrinking so I have had no choice but to cut back on portions.

Weight: 160 ( tend to bounce so no worries)
Waist: 29!!! That is 2 inches of in one week.
Everything else measure the same.

Todays food is hamburger patty w/garlic, onions, cheese and cauliflower casserole. 2 shakes with hwc.
