Am I a Warrior?

Have you heard of the "Warrior Diet"? I just ordered the book as it's peaked my curiosity. Basically, you only eat once a day mainly at night, within a 2 hour span. If you need to munch during the day grab some nuts, raw veggies or fruit.
Well, dang. that's sound basically like what I've been doing since I was 16! But problem is that it seems to have stopped working for me in the last 2 years. Here I am trying to set a goal of at least breakfast a day and this diet comes along.
As you can see from my earlier posts, I'm most comfortable eating a large meal late night and it's really frustrating trying to increase meal frequency. So I'm going to read about this diet, see if I can tweak what I've already been doing to get optimal results. If not, it's back to the 3-6 meal per day drawing board, a theory I detest, but have read everywhere as gospel.
