Merry Merry Christmas to All!
I've just been busy with life, so havent blogged much less read or posted in my challenge thread
, but the good news is that I've been holdin' steady and doing my workouts. I've been getting a little impatient with the results, so it's depressed me a bit, but I know i really just started lol.
Finally tried the dreaded High Round Assets by Lotte Berk - can't believe I'm saying this but I really like it. Wish chick from Muscle Eats Fat (MEF) was the instructor though. So far it's the only w/o that has actually made my ass sore - not to mention rest of body. But, even though I really would have preferred to do HRA for a 3rd day in a row, I knew the tightness would've prevented getting the best out of the workout, so did 10in10 with all that stretching as a remedy - it worked.
I've realized that my lower body is ultra muscular, and needs deeeeep conditioning. HRA is definitely gonna provide that. So I highly recommend it for pear shapes.
The other thing I've noted is my endurance and strength have vastly improved and I believe it's due to Callanetics 10in10 loooong sets. I despise them but have been feeling the benefit when I do Lotte Berk. Can do extra sets and even another workout of Lotte in same session. That's a miracle in itself!!
Gotta give Ms. Pickney her credit where due.

In order to hit my target of 14 10in10, I'm gonna have to take no break and actually do it on my menstral cycle - double ugh! But I aint backing down! I owe this to myself!!
