TOM

Posted 02-18-2008 at 05:35 AM by squeakie
Well it's been stuck at a hair over 55 Kg (around 121 lbs) for a couple days but I think that is because TOM has reared its ugly head (first thing this morning! ). I'm just going to wait it out and not change anything with my eating yet, and see what happens over the next few days. TOM usually causes a little gain for me then it comes back off. I just have to keep reminding myself that this is not FAT, it is probably just WATER.

On a positive note, I am actually noticing a difference in my face and other parts of the body from the loss of weight. Because this loss is much faster than the last time, it is much easier to see the transformation as it happens.

10 lbs down and 10 more to go! I would REALLY like to have the rest of it gone by mid-March. Fingers crossed.

The increase in scale weight is annoying. Had the same issue this morning. Not too concerned though, it was water. Or perhaps it is my cheap, crappy scale. I am down as of this afternoon.

I think the change in body part size is the best indication of progress. Keep after those 10 lbs. I'll watch for your posts. Good luck!

Thanks! I thought one would normally gain weight throughout the day (water, weight of food eaten, etc), how are you down in weight in the afternoon? Just curious
