better week
Well last week I gained 1 lb and then was stuck at that weight all week. (no cheats at all.. I NEVER cheat). Not to mention I had a ton of other stress from other things, so last week was just an overall mess.
This week however, I'm under less stress and the scale has again started to move. I dropped that extra lb and now have lost another. I'm very pleasantly surprised and hope this continues. But I wonder why I am losing this week and didn't last week. I ate the same exact foods. I didn't change my calorie/carb intake much, in fact I've been eating a little bit more lately than before. I wonder if stress has an impact on weight loss? Maybe I'll pose this question on the boards.
