Been stalled all week.
Not sure why. Maybe I'm just eating too much. I normally stay within 1100-1300 calories per day. Carbs are always 20 or less. Maybe it's too much? I have no idea what it is but at this point I don't feel like tweaking my whole diet just to get it moving again. Maybe I'll just eat less today than usual. But I don't get it. It was going slow and steady for a while and now not anymore. I changed nothing in my diet! argh.
