My Fat Loss Journey for 5 Months by sonvaz
I'm new here and started somewhere else with a journal, but like this site so am switching. My story with my weight now is simple, I want to lose it, I've just lost patience and at 32 , after gaining my weight in my 20's and never losing it during that time I want to be comfortable in my own body again. I did lose 40 pounds about a year ago and maintained it , although I didn't go about it in a healthy way, didn't eat enough so I'm doing it the "right" way this time...
I started with wanting to try a CKD which is popular with bodybuilders but changed my mind and am planning to use Protein Power, which I ordered yesterday and should arrive tomorrow.
Food Log so far:
B Chocolate Protein Fritters -will try cutting batter with cream cheese/splenda/vanilla mix in , or add spenda to batter
L Tuna Salad lettuce 1 wrap
Broccoli w/ Beef 1 cup
D: Swiss Steak + Broccoli Slaw- Broccoli Slaw not bad ,shredded stems + mayo w splenda packet and 1/2 T vinegar
S am. cheese slice
Problems I'm having:
Hunger - Either eating a large dinner or large breakfast seems to help.
- Also I take an EC stack, which is basically ephedrine, controversial I know but I believe if you do it properly for most it's safe. DrumLib's Health Research Review has good research on it. Only taking half dose twice a day.
Drinking enough water
Motivation to Exercise- I'm trying to do the Firm! Which I got through ten minutes of so far.
Otherwise, I'm waiting for ketosis and seeing how my body responds for the first time. Also not having a hard time with eating like this.
