Oh my Candida - we can't make it together!

After lurking around here, I'm convinced that if I can get rid of the Candida in my system, I can lose these stupid pounds. I think I remember a friend on another board having a really hard time with the yeast cleanse diet and I'm a little scared of trying. Actually I'm scared of NOT trying. This big belly is in my way, I can't even sit normally. It's worse than being pregnant, since it's not going away in a matter of months. Since the doctor has me on a steroid inhaler, I'm not sure I CAN do a yeast cleanse. Still trying to gather information before I jump in -- that served me well the first time around. My Gazelle got put into the family room this morning, I will start exercising today before starting to change eating habits. BP this morning was 171/111. Ugh
