I have learned that my addiction affects me physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. So I know I need to be working on those three areas every day to become well. (better than well)

This will be my blog about my journey to those lands.

pissing the pounds away!!! That cracks me up I never heard that until someone of the rockstars used it recently.

Well I am seriously going to try that method in the next 2 days. I wi on Tues. I need to piss away all the salty stuff I got into. Chedder Rice cakes are going to have to go on the no-no list.

There are some things I cannot buy and bring into my house. Garcia Tortilla chips and Quaker cheddar rice cakes are two that I can think of right this minute. I have thrown away half a bag of tortillas more than once because I just want to keep eating them.

I would be happy if I was eating something crunchy and salty 24 hours a day. I could watch tv and crunch away all night without a care if it wasn't so bad for my weight loss program.

Do ya think heaven will be like that? I hope so. What would it be like not to have to worry or have a care about what I eat or how I look?
