I have learned that my addiction affects me physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. So I know I need to be working on those three areas every day to become well. (better than well)

I got a postcard today in the mail from my leader. It was a congrats for getting thru vacation and the wedding and so on and still losing. That brought a smile to my face.
It was nice to go home to wi this week. I will go to the meeting in Plymouth but it is not the one I prefer. It is just where I will get weighed and be held accountable.
I got bogged down with a lot of stuff that had to be done on the computer while I was home. I have a new camera with new accessories so it was a learning process when I really didn't want one but I survived. Hubby even jumped in to help. We never did get the card reader working properly. I need to call the ppl back that I bought it from. yuck!
K well I will be heading back to Plymouth in a bit. Be back next time I can.
