Yes I finally lost weight. I lost 1.6 lbs!! I am so happy! It paid to stay at home on Sunday rather than eat the fried seafood with the family. I will have my seafood when it is a good day for me to have it.

I didn't think I had a loss this morning because my scale at home lied to me.

Hard work and effort does pay off eventually. It is just hard getting thru a stall. Between gaining one week and then staying the same two weeks I have only lost 2.6 lbs for the whole month of April.

I am just going to chalk it up...
