I have learned that my addiction affects me physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. So I know I need to be working on those three areas every day to become well. (better than well)

This will be my blog about my journey to those lands.

My "keep it out of the house" list.

Some may call it a trigger food list as well. Or "red light" foods.

I have to add cheddar cheese mini rice cakes to the list. Those things are just too darn good. I bought a bag on Tuesday and it was gone on Wednesday. No control whatsoever!

So along with all things that come in chips go the rice cakes.

I like the salty things. Even better the cheesy salty things.

Chips are a trigger food for me too. I need to make a "keep it out of the house" list. That's a great idea! I've read so many people talking about the rice caks but I haven't tried any.

Cheesy salty things are sooo good...like pizza! Okay I'll add that to my list.

have you considered cheese chips? You could use low fat low sodium cheddar cheese and make some up!! You'd have the flavor of a cheese it, but far less calories than a rice cake or real chips!!
