I have learned that my addiction affects me physically, Mentally, and Spiritually. So I know I need to be working on those three areas every day to become well. (better than well)

This will be my blog about my journey to those lands.

This week's weigh in

I was shocked that I lost 1.4 because my home scale was not showing me that. I was preparing myself for a half a pound or less. So 1.4 was really good news.

I went to my favorite seafood place and have the seafood platter for two with hubby. We onion rings as well. I enjoyed every bite.

I did this the night of my wi so that today I could just get back on plan and drink lots of water and eat lots of bunny food.

Hey it is a lifestyle, not a diet. Right?

I expect to do that every week tho once I move to my summer cottage I will be a lot closer to the place.

After having it all I think I could be satisfied with the piece of haddock that comes with it. That would be enuf. I know what all the other food tastes like after all these years.

Congrats on your 1.4 Every lb counts. Slap a lb of lard on scale and its real similar to lb of fat. KUTGW

You're absolutely right, this is a lifestyle!! I think quite a few people do what you're doing. The evening of their wi or the next day they have something they want and then go back to their normal eating. It's a way to indulge and not feel deprived.

Congrats on the loss and keep up the good work!!
